Tiffany Hensley Burton brings over a decade of experience in nursing, healthcare leadership, and clinical innovation. With a Master of Science in Leadership and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Health Promotion, Tiffany has built a career on compassion, quality care, and operational excellence. She is passionate about helping families navigate the unexpected stress of lice treatment with calm, confidence, and convenience.
Tiffany is also a proud wife and mom of two, with a personal mission to build a successful, family-centered business that meets the real-life needs of busy parents. She understands first-hand the value of time, trust, and reliable service and is committed to making your family’s care a priority.

Heather K.
Heather brings a background in finance, business management, and local entrepreneurship to Lice Savers of Lake Norman. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from University at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo), she is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and licensed real estate agent.
As co-owner, she focuses on delivering smooth operations, excellent customer experience, and a trusted service families can rely on. A proud wife and mom of three daughters, she’s passionate about building a successful, family-centered business that supports busy parents with care, efficiency, and peace of mind.
Having called Mooresville home since 2012, Heather is also the owner of another local small business and is deeply committed to serving her community. In her free time, she loves traveling with her family — especially heading out on cruises for new adventures.

Morgan S.
Morgan brings over six years of experience in digital marketing to the team, with a strong background in strategy, content creation, and brand development. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she developed a passion for communication and connection through digital platforms.
As a team member, Morgan focuses on creating a calm, friendly environment where families feel cared for and supported. Known for her thoughtful, patient nature, she values clear communication and a stress-free experience for every client.
Family is at the heart of everything Morgan does. When she's not working, she enjoys quiet moments with her loved ones, exploring new places through travel, and spending time with her dog, Wrigley. Her soothing presence and genuine care help bring peace of mind to the families she serves.

Michelle brings years of hands-on experience as both a preschool teacher and a mother of four to the team, offering a compassionate and practical perspective that comes from navigating the everyday joys and challenges of family life. Since moving to Mooresville in 2016, she has embraced the community as home and is passionate about creating supportive spaces for families.
As a parent who has personally dealt with lice, Michelle understands the stress it can place on a household. She approaches each situation with empathy, patience, and a reassuring presence, helping families feel understood and cared for throughout the process.
Family is the center of Michelle’s world—including her two beloved dogs. Whether she’s teaching, parenting, or helping others, she brings warmth, understanding, and a deep sense of connection. Outside of work, Michelle loves discovering new adventures both near and far, always on the lookout for ways to make meaningful memories with her loved ones.

Courtney brings years of experience in healthcare administration, with a background in clerical roles supporting patient care and operational efficiency. She has a deep appreciation for the healthcare field and finds fulfillment in helping families navigate the everyday stress of life with empathy and understanding.
She is also a proud wife and mom of three daughters, each with their own unique energy and interests that keep family life fun and full. Since moving from Utah to North Carolina in 2009, she and her husband have made their home in Mooresville, where they enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, and trips to the beach. With a 17-year-old dog by their side and a calendar full of gymnastics, tennis, soccer, and dance, she is passionate about supporting busy families with compassion and care.
